- Shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.
- You'll receive a tracking email once your order is on its way so you can follow the journey.
Delays & Lost Packages
- We do our best to ship quickly, but please allow extra time for holidays or carrier delays.
- Once your order leaves our hands, it's in the care of the shipping carrier. If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact the carrier first with your tracking information.
- We're happy to help as much as we can, but we're not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
Canada Shipping
- Canadian orders ship at calculated carrier rates. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
