Refund policy

Returns

  • We gladly accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will sadly not be accepted. 
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Final sale items, including all discounted, sale, and clearance merchandise, are not returnable. Accessories, intimate apparel, and gift cards are also final sale.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

How to Start a Return

  • Email us at flirtingwithrebellion@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Include your order number and reason for return.
  • Once approved, ship the item(s) back to: 104 W. 5TH AVE ELLENSBURG, WA 98926

Refunds

  • Online Orders: once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to the original payment method.
  • In-Store Returns: All in-store returns are eligible for store credit only. Store credit never expires and can be used toward any future purchase.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at flirtingwithrebellion@gmail.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Non-returnable items include sale, discounted, and clearance merchandise, accessories, intimate apparel, and gift cards. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
